We offer a number of products and services as part of our portfolio:

We publish a popular magazine that was has been well established since 1995. It is a an award winning industry specific magazine that is mailed to key decision makers in the UK housebuilding industry e.g. Chairman, CEO’s, Architects, Chief Buyers, Sales Directors/Managers etc. Essentially it is read by people who either control the budgets to buy products and services or have an influence in doing so.

We also organise a large and highly successful trade facing award ceremony. This event is held every November at the The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. Over 1600 key decision makers from housebuilders and suppliers attend. Sponsors include Zoopla, Virgin Media, etc

The consumer facing website has been redeveloped in recent years and delivers potential sales leads to housebuilders across the UK. We monetise the site by charging housebuilders a monthly tenancy to list their current and forthcoming development(s). Users can then request a brochure/further information or call a dedicated phone number relating to the development or property that they are interested in.

We are looking to partner with UK based independent Media sales representatives to offer advertising opportunities for companies to advertise on the site and via email campaigns to our database of consumers who have indicated that they are in the market to buy a home.

We also publish two monthly regional newspapers – one edition for London & the South East and the other for the Midlands. Both editions extend the reach from purely new homes in terms of editorial and advertising content and feature 'second hand’ homes, rental properties and homes abroad. Any company who has a product or service aimed the the home-mover or home-buyer is relevant to take advertising space in the publications.

What type of independent sales agent is best suited to your opportunity?

Essentially we are looking to work with UK based self-employed Media and Advertising sales agents who enjoy telephone and face to face selling. Ideally we are looking to work with sales agents that have experience in the media or advertising sales sectors and have a number of existing contacts within their network. However, it is not a pre-requisit and we are more than happy to hear from independent reps that have less experience in our industry, yet are keen to work with us and learn.

Our website visitors are increasing month by month and we are currently involved in a major initiative to boost the brand presence in the marketplace.
For the past two years we have been the main sponsor of Wolverhampton Wanderers football club, giving us National TV coverage as well as a strong local presence in the Midlands.

We invest heavily in Marketing. Over and above Wolves sponsorship, we have run taxi media campaigns, radio and satellite tv ads, as well as a host of online and offline initiatives including spending on SEO, adwords and social media. Our Head of Digital marketing was for a number of years in charge of digital marketing for one of the foremost London Premiership football teams and our London office based sales staff comprises ex Daily Telegraph and Thomson Local reps.

The brand is only going to get bigger and the timing to join us now is an excellent one to be part of that growth.

Can you touch on the sales cycle of your services briefly

The typical sales cycle very much depends on the caliber of the sales person and the type of prospect they are nurturing. We already work with a number of sales agents and there have been occasions whereby business has closed on the very first call.

Generally though the sales team will assess in the course of their pitch whether the prospect has a product or service relevant to a home buyer or home mover. On average though 2-3 three calls should be sufficient to get a positive or negative decision.

Are your commission-only sales reps provided with full training and support?

Clearly it will work best for all if the sales agent has all the 'tools’ at their disposal in order to successfully sell the propositions we have. We absolutely invest in the success of our independent sales agents by providing a mixture of written and telephone training on the market, the competition and our company brand.

We will also be utilising CommissionCrowd to ensure that our working relationship is as streamlined and as efficient as possible. Training and feedback will be ongoing and the sales professionals we work with will have at least two people in the London office that they can maintain regular contact with.

What Commission structure and payment terms can successful sales reps expect?

We offer 20% on all personal sales and repeat business. Rates for advertising on the website and the newspapers as a 'package’ sell range from £400- £3000 per month. Email only campaigns range from £1000-£5000. We would work out a mutually agreeable monthly revenue target with you and should you over perform then commission rates would be staggered up to 22.5% to 25%.

A competent sales person ought to earn a minimum £2k per month while for an extremely talented individual there is no cap on the earnings they could enjoy.
