This company is looking to partner with forward thinking independent commission-only self-employed sales agents and reps. Like you, they know that customer management is of key importance in developing successful long term business relationships and referrals. They also know that it has become increasingly difficult for automotive dealerships to complete day to day communications without the aid of automating processes and managing their customer relationships. They knew they had to streamline the time-consuming and outdated manual processes currently employed for customer retention, management, and communication. The data also has to be concise, easy to navigate and accessed 24/7 from wherever the user happens to be.

The unique CRM system houses a dealer’s sales, service, parts, and inventory items. It allows the dealer and their personnel to handle customer communication at the highest and most efficient levels possible, thereby allowing the dealer to handle far more business without the expense of increasing personnel.

As experienced Principals, they have worked with independent sales agents since the company’s conception in 1999 and deem independent sales agents as core partners of their business. They recognize that ideas come from both inside the organization as well as from the outside, and they truly value and listen to input from their reps. They work hard to build solid relationships with vendors, customers, and their team of independent sales agents has been their key to success over the years.

Training

Full training is provided online, and they have a dedicated team of training mentors to guide you until you are ready to start selling. The initial training is two hours in which they demonstrate the complete functionality of the system. The agent partner is then given credentials in order to familiarise and study the system. Product training will take approximately 5-7 days to complete, however, the company and their team will always be available.

Their offices, Sales and Marketing department, support and management teams, are available to agents at all times. They express that their agent partners are the face of our company and an integral part of their strategy for growth; therefore, this is an ideal opportunity for a sales agent seeking a long term partnership.

Opportunity

They are looking for self-employed, independent sales agent partners who are self-motivated, self-starters with automotive or high end executive level sales experience. A good knowledge of technology is a plus, however, full training is provided.

The sales partner they are looking for should be relationship focused and will be able to sell to upper level management, including CEO’s, CFO’s, General Managers, as well as the VP’s and Presidents in the automotive or large retail companies. Applicants must be personable with a strong belief in their ability to sell on a consultative basis.

The average sales cycle ranges from one week to one month, however, may increase depending on the size of the organization being sold to.

Commission Structure/payment Terms

They offer unlimited earning potential. Commission structure for their CRM market is 25% of retail product sales. One unit a month in sales (conservative target), would create an annual income of $47K US (£29k or €34k) and two units a month would create an annualized income of $93K (£57k or €68k). This income is residual based, as well.

They also offer four other product lines that would aid in increasing annualized income. They hold no house accounts and commissions are paid to agent partners on each and every sale based on the geographic territory in which they operate.

Payments are made each and every month on receipted funds from their customers. Initial payment of $500.00 US is paid with initial system order as a customer sign-in fee.
