Please Tell Potentially Interested Self-Employed Sales Agents About Your Company
We are a group of experienced senior marketing professional and our team comprises of both full time and freelancers. We provide a comprehensive range of online marketing services and have built long-term relationships with our clients through our ethos, key strengths and values:
An ‘always-on’ philosophy – We are there to support our clients and we know we need to respond quickly and be available whenever they need us
Yes is the answer – When our clients pose a question, have a requirement or a problem, we make sure we can help by taking the weight from them and fulfilling the need internally or finding someone that can help
Transparency – With our clients, agency staff, partners and suppliers. We share details and campaign plans honestly and openly – even if sometimes we have to wrap it up in marketing speak to soften the blow! Trust is a key factor for us. Businesses are giving us responsibility for their success and putting their promotion and objectives in our hands, so they need to trust us and they can only do that with an honest and open relationship – warts and all!
Advice – When we’re working on projects we play devil’s advocate so that our clients can convince us that the strategy is right and we can advise and steer activities to generate the desired result. When we all buy in to and believe in the plan then the strategy will work – the delivery tactics come later.
Doing the right thing – We know long term relationships rely on solid advice and if that means walking away from business because we are giving our clients the correct advice, then we’ll do it.
Results driven Like a vending machine needs to deliver products, marketing agencies need to deliver results and we never forget that. Value for money is one aspect of the way we do business, but this must be combined with deliverable results.

Marketing services are usually closed within a time frame of 1-2 months however, can be longer for higher value deals. Contracts for on-going service licenses – CMS licenses, marketing automation, e-commerce, email marketing portals – are commonplace. For marketing consultancy and defined campaigns they vary between contracts and single project contracts, but the goal is and has always been to look long term to develop lasting relationships and generate on-going repeat work.
Do You Provide Your Sales Reps With Training?
We would prefer self-employed sales reps to have had experience of this market, therefor training will be based on different solutions offering the same services. Demonstrable experience of working at all levels of management from marketing management through to C-level is important to us. Business to business sales and/or consultancy will be a major advantage. We also ensure that all of our reps are provided with the materials needed to sell our services effectively. These include a large number of client testimonials and case studies which can be utilised to help close the sale.
What Type Of Self-employed Agent Is Best Suited To This Opportunity?
We employ a consultative business relationship with our clients therefore we would look to you to have the same needs based consultative sales approach. We expect to work with you during the sales cycle, being available when you need us and staying out of the way when you want to manage things. We offer recurring income for all sales, in the case of licenses where we only receive commission for a fixed period we will pay recurring income commission for the same period. It’s important therefore to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to capitalise on opportunities and provide additional services.
This is not a short term solution for us and it’s very important for self-employed sales reps to know that we are looking to form long term working partnerships with you.
