We are a dynamic, forward thinking company and are now looking to develop an independent advertising sales force to expand and generate additional advertising revenue to increase our market share.

Can you touch on the sales cycle of your services briefly

The sales cycle can vary however, we find that on average our key accounts take less than a month to sign off and implement their campaigns.

Are your commission-only sales reps provided with full training and support?

We provide full online training which will be eventually be directly managed through CommissionCrowd.

Training will include the explanation of our current Sales/Marketing strategy and we will always be available to answers questions as and when they arise. We do
not have a time frame for training as we allow our self-employed sales staff to work at their own pace however, all off the tools needed to make sales will be provided and training will be on going as the business develops alongside you.

What kind of independent sales representative do you feel is best suited to your opportunity?

We are seeking to connect with experienced, ambitious B2B self-employed Media/Advertising sales representatives based in the United Kingdom.

Our ideal candidate will take a consultative selling approach with potential clients and potentially have existing relationships, or are able to introduce us to their existing networks who would see the value in promoting their products/services to our readership.

What Commission structure and payment terms can successful sales reps expect?

We are offering a commission package of 35% on a recurring basis for the life of the clients campaign as well as any future business that comes from your introduction.

We anticipate that within 9-12 months, a moderately successful independent sales agent can expect to be earning a residual commission-based income in excess of £40k.

Our sponsorship packages are valued at £2k per month, therefore selling 4 sponsorships with a 35% commission paid will earn the sales agent £33600 for the year. Our average advertorial sells for £1500, therefore selling one a month totals £6300 in additional commission for the year.

Based on our experience and existing sales statistics, these figures are fairly conservative and easily surpassed by the right sales agent.
