Today we present a lucrative opportunity for freelance (commission-only) sales reps who are interested in adding a new and lucrative line to your professional portfolio.
Cognitive Direction sell a range of groundbreaking Corporate Programs and Employee Mental Health Services to Global and Boutique Organisations globally. They are offering freelance sales reps commissions of 20% + lifetime residuals.
They are looking for freelance agents to partner with them or, if preferred, make referrals on their behalf which they would then be more than happy to secure. The role will be telephone based and a member of their team would then join an agent at any meeting or take the meeting on their behalf. After that a consultancy service, wellness programme or therapeutic service would be arranged with the client. Payment would be made on the completion of such service.
Cognitive Direction are a company that provide their clients with scientifically researched techniques, tools and strategies to optimise corporate well-being, employee mental health and workplace performance. They provide impacting, positive and sustainable change to the organisations they work with and the lives of their employees.
Cognitive Direction's clients include: FTSE 100 Chairs and CEOs; award winning figures and companies within the entertainment industry; top sports organisations and governing bodies.
They are now looking to connect with freelance sales reps who either have connections with Human Resource Managers who would benefit from a organisational well-being audit or reps who don't have connections but are happy to keep their ears to the ground and refer across companies that potentially need these services.
Interview With James Rose, Founder Of Cognitive Direction
The interview below with James Rose, founder of Cognitive Direction will give freelance sales reps a deeper understanding of the company and their vision. Agents interested in partnering with them can apply here: Learn more about working with Cognitive Direction
Qn. Where did the inspiration for Cognitive Direction come from?
Our founder, James Rose, is a psychology graduate, former business consultant and practicing Harley Street therapist. Having studied evidence based wellness programmes, and working with senior decision makers on an individual therapeutic basis, James bridged the three disciplines and created Cognitive Direction.
Qn. Tell us a little about your expertise in the wellness and mental health arena
We work with clients on wellness consulting (audits, strategies, policy implementation), corporate wellbeing programmes and individual one-on-one executive coaching and counselling.
Qn. Can you tell us about some of the work you have carried out to date?
We have an incredible list of clients under our company's belt and have worked with FTSE 100 Chairs and CEOs; award winning figures and companies within the entertainment industry; top sports organisations and governing bodies.
What's your greatest client success story?
Each client provides unique challenges to which we provide bespoke solutions. Every client, corporate or individual has been a success story so far and as a result our client base has retained our services.
Qn. What made you consider wanting to work with independent sales agents?
We are now looking to expand our team and grow our client network by partnering with freelance sales reps globally. As we develop new tools and techniques we are keen to utilise them in different sectors and organisations.
Our current sales executive is now focused on client services so there is an opportunity to move forward with an independent sale partner solely focused on providing opportunities, leads and referrals.
Qn. Why would sales agents have an edge selling your products?
Because of the nature of what we offer it’s important to be able to reach Human Resource Directors and Managing Director/Board Room level. There are many providers in this growing sector but few experienced consultancies who offer a genuine scientific approach. A top sales agent should be able to reach these key decision makers and get across our expertise and uniqueness.
Qn. What makes your service unique, innovative and sets you apart from the competition?
We are experts in our fields, evidence/scientific based and provide bespoke solutions to each and every client. Our customer retention rates are second to none and referral network grows exponentially every year.
Qn. What are you plans for the future of Cognitive Direction?
To continue to grow our client base in the UK before moving further into international markets.
Qn. What are your best selling services and why?
Our corporate wellbeing programmes are unique, effective, interactive and fun. They are our best selling product to date. However, there is a real opportunity to make a difference and gain rewards at corporate policy level through our wellbeing consultancy services.
Qn. Have you received any recognition or awards for your products?
Due to the nature of our work most client specific ‘promotion’ would be inappropriate. However, we are moving forward with publishing papers on our methodology and also are in talks about a book deal.
Qn. Please describe the typical sales cycle and process to sales agents
We would look for an agent to partner with us or, if preferred, make referrals on our behalf which we would be then happy to secure. The role will be telephone based and a member of our team would then join an agent at any meeting or take the meet on their behalf. After that a consultancy service, wellness programme or therapeutic service would be arranged with the client. Payment would be made on the completion of such service.
Qn. How do you currently bring in new business or win contracts?
Our current business is now existing/retained clients secured through initial personal contacts and sales drives.
