They are looking to form ongoing and mutually beneﬁcial partnerships with dynamic, experienced, tech savvy appointment setters and/or sales agents to support the national roll out of an innovative internet Marketing business support package.
Successful candidates must be able to provide testimonials from previous customers (LinkedIn testimonials acceptable) and/or employers. They are a customer focused organisation and require their sales agents to be able to sell to mid-Level company executives within the hospitality, leisure and retail industry amoung others. Sales applicants must have a passion for consultative selling with a focus on building long term relationships and meeting customers’ needs.
How Much Can Self-Employed Sales Agents Earn In Commission?
Potential Earnings are uncapped with the expectation that at around 10-30 new client orders can be achieved each month. Annual potential earnings of between £21,600-£108,000 are realistic for the right sales agent.
Successful Self-Employed Sales Agents Will Possess The Following
- At least 2 years’ experience of sales/telesales and appointment setting however, training will also be given for exceptional candidates with a background in retail, engineering, hospitality, technology, social media, sports or other similar industries
- Ideally have earned a qualiﬁcation in business, marketing or a related discipline although not essential
- Have a successful background in b2b sales
- Enjoy talking and engaging with new people
- Be able to demonstrate services and products on computers, tablets and mobile devices
- Possess strong verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to ﬁnd and close new business
- Have the ability to push past rejection to achieve sales results
- Be dedicated to, and take pride in, the commercial success of the company
