Can you touch on the sales cycle of your services briefly
The sales cycle can vary depending on the size and specific needs of the client. On average the sales cycle can take from 3 days to a month or two. For example a small company that maintains HVAC systems and has 5 technicians can be set up in a day or two. Larger, more general contactors that employ 30+ technicians will typically take a month or two to make a decision and implement our solution.
Are your commission-only sales reps provided with full training and support?
We provide full online training which will be directly managed through CommissionCrowd. However, if you are near you can always come by for a cup of coffee. Although our solutions are easy and intuitive to use, we will provide ongoing training and support as required.
We invest heavily in producing top quality Training, Sales and Marketing materials to ensure our sales representatives are always able to perform to the best of their ability.
Our team is always available to answer any questions that you may have and provide you with the support that you might need. Larger client accounts may require additional materials that we will be happy to create and provide when required. If needed we can also provide personalized company email address and business cards.
For proven sales representatives we are open to sharing our database of leads, as well as prospecting and passing over warm leads on your behalf.

We are looking to connect with experienced B2B self-employed sales reps. You should be focused on building long-term relationships with your clients and have a passion for consultative selling. Although we would prefer to work with sales professionals who have sold B2B software solutions previously we are open to consider those without experience but with a passion and a knowledge in sales.
Our primary focus is on building long lasting happy relationships with our clients and sales reps must be able to support this process.
What Commission structure can sales reps expect?
We are offering a 45% first year commission with a 20% residual commission on our monthly subscription model, and 50% for an annual subscription with a 30% residual commission rate.
