1. Where did the inspiration for LDAPTIVE come from?


We came up with LDAPTIVE after experiencing years of laborious data collection through spreadsheets and manual equipment inspections and reviews. We set out to make a complete and comprehensive data collection service that could be automated and consolidated into a single service desk management tool.

2. Tell us a little about your expertise in information technology.

LDAPTIVE has been around for only a little over two years, but our team has combined decades of experience in industry roles such as IT administrators, IT program managers, and directors.

3. Can you tell us about some of your past work?

We’ve been very successful in deploying our IT asset management tool, Intelligent Discovery, as the primary tool for clients in IT asset management automation. Additionally, our client base has enjoyed the added benefit of our service desk ticketing system and its simplicity in user training and enterprise deployment.

4. What's your greatest client success story?

Our greatest success came from the deployment of our operations manager with intelligent discovery for a major construction firm. Our comprehensive system not only deployed successfully, but the firm requested a multi-year deal after seeing the major benefits in cost and functionality.

5. What made you consider working with independent sales agents?

Our firm is still in its infant stages, but we’re hungry and anxious to expand our national brand. 8. What are your plans for the future of LDAPTIVE?

Our current effort is national expansion followed by an introduction to the Asian and European markets. We want to stand up a sales team from a sales and marketing perspective that is willing to work hard, grab sales, and be paid quality commissions for success.

9. What are your best-selling services and why?

Intelligent Discovery is the real engine within or comprehensive tool. There are all sorts of service desk management tools, but very few offer ticketing systems with IT asset management. Intelligent Discovery is a cloud-based tool that requires very little training to collect assets. Furthermore, there are no new hardware procurement requirements, no annual licensing, and no auditing. Just scalable pricing, functionality, and exceptional customer service.

10. Describe your typical sales cycle and process.

Sales agents working through us will make contact with and qualify their clients based on current sizes, requirements, and systems. Agents then present them with a free trial or schedule a demo. From there, the LDAPTIVE engineers work directly with agents to close the deal.
